[Spam for Erik]
[Rogue's a resilient sort. She's gone through a lot of bad times piled on bad times. But she's been through a lot of very rough experiences lately. And when she comes back to her room to find the door slightly ajar, it's just the final straw.
She turns on her heel and walks away from her cabin, not even bothering to look back. She walks fast, gets into the elevator, presses a button. She's trying not to freak out, not to panic. She can take a lot, but after what happened at port, and then the flood, she absolutely cannot bring herself to go into her room tonight.
She ends up in front of Erik's door and knocks, softly with an outward calm she did not feel.]

He wouldn't have guessed her.]
Rogue. What can I do for you?

She tries to smile, but it looks as forced as it is. She doesn't get shaken often, but when she does, she really does.]
Hey, darlin'. Sorry for droppin' in on ya like this. [She pushes her hair behind her ear; a nervous gesture.] Would ya mind if Ah came in?

Is it Creed?
[He doesn't blurt so much as calculatedly state; his eyes are on her, and the frown is deepening. He doesn't know who else might make her look like this.]

Gawd, am Ah that transparent? [He was always reminding her, in little ways, of Magnus. He could always read her like a book too.]
no subject
He just seemed the most likely possibility. What happened?
no subject
He didn't hurt me. [Obviously. But she felt the needs to clarify. ] He broke inta mah room. Again. Ah thought he'd quit after port, but...
no subject
How often has he done it?
no subject
[But now it wasn't annoying. Thinking of him breaking into her space just scared her.]

Of course, Erik has no problem talking to the man himself.]

My room's open to you. [He's smile is wry.] Obviously.
[He's slept worse places than the couch, after all.]

You're an angel, Erik. 'Least t'me.
no subject
You'd be the first one to say so.
[And maybe that's the push that makes him lean down and kiss her, not on the cheek but properly, lips pressing solidly against hers.]
no subject
His lips press against hers and she doesn't pull away. Her lips are soft, pliant, responsive. She makes a soft hum in her throat of pleasure and approval, then pulls back just fractionally to smile at him flirtatiously.]
Ah'll say it again if ya liked it that much.

You're an angel, Erik Lensherr. Fierce, powerful, driven, and as much as y'are those things, ya've still got one of the most carin' hearts a man ever could possess.
[She leans in fractionally, resting her hands on his chest, and she's utterly sincere. She's only know him, this Erik, for a short time, but he's easily shown all of what she said to be true.]

Lifting one hand to settle over hers on his chest, he smiles at her. It's a touch crooked.]
Are you certain? Maybe I'm a devil in disguise. [There is the faintest sour note in the word devil. Those were accusations he grew up with, after all: some things are hard to achieve appropriate distance from.]
