Take a deep breath through yer nose. And let it out slowly. Do it again. As ya breathe in, feel the air fillin' up yer body. As ya let it go, be aware of yer muscles relaxin', one by one.

Breathe in. Breathe out.

Focus on yer breathe. Be aware of it. You're not fallin' asleep, you're becomin' still. The world is fallin' away. It's just you and yer body.
