Well, as ya'll heard, Sterling Archer graduated. [So very proud!] So that put me in a place of decidin'. And Ah'm gonna be headin' out here too. Gonna visit his world, actually meet his people. [Punch Malory in the face.] Then stop by and see another friend like Ah promised, then Ah'm gonna head home.

This place has been an adventure ta say the least. Met a lot of great people, on both sides of the line. Ah'd stay on but Ah think that would be me hidin' out. There's somethin' Ah gotta face back home, and Ah think Ah'm ready ta do that.

Ah may not miss the place, but Ah'll definitely miss the people. Try ta find some happiness, where ya can.

So Ah wanna recommend ta both of ya that Jean take over helpin' with yer powers. She's got as much experience in that sort of thing as Ah do. She's a great teacher too.

Hey, so Ah don't want ta leave ya high and dry. Ah know someone that Ah think can take over where we leave off. She's good at this.

[Now the hard part.]

She's also a psychic. Jean Grey.

[Rogue doesn't look happen when she turns on the feed. In fact, she seems grim and pensive. She's sitting at the island in her kitchen, arms folded across the counter top, leaning over them heavily. She takes a moment to gather her thoughts before she starts speaking.]

Ah wanna talk about choices for a minute. This place is very unique, in that it offers up an option that should be the hard choice, and makes it look like the easy choice.

Killin' someone should never be considered the right thing to do. Sometimes it's the necessary thing. Sometimes it's the only thing we can do, when faced with an extreme situation. Life or death. Kill or be killed. But the Barge warps that into an easy go to and it shouldn't be. Not every option is life or death, kill or be killed.

Sometimes we find ourselves between rocks and hard places. And in those times our choices are either bad or worse. But just because a choice might not be a good one, doesn't mean that it's not the better one. Just because a choice leaves a mess behind, doesn't mean it's not better than the alternative.

Now before ya'll start in on how death isn't permanent here, let me just say this: Ah. Don't. Care. Wardens are here ta help people get their lives back, and actin' cavalier 'bout takin' someone's life is pretty counter productive ta that, from where Ah'm standin'.

We've got a lot of extraordinary people here, who can do amazin' things, but we have become frighteningly dependent on one lone miracle. We're treatin' death like a time out. Death should be the hardest choice we make, no matter what world we're from, no matter how many reset buttons the Admiral is willin' ta press for us. It never should be treated lightly. Even in a place where it doesn't stick. And we certainly shouldn't get angry at someone when they choose not ta take a life, no matter what mess comes with that choice. Don't ya see how backwards this is? And we've been doin' it for a long time here. Ah imagine a lot longer than Ah've been around, and Ah can honestly say Ah'm ashamed for not payin' attention t'it sooner and speakin' up about it before now.

[She shakes her head, sits back. What else can she say on this?]

That's all Ah've got ta say.

Alright, so things gotta little be away from me for a while. Guess that's pretty normal for place like this. Lot's of stuff ta get sidetracked with. But now Ah'm back in the swing.

So, 'bout what Ah offered up before, teachin' anyone how ta use their powers. Startin' Monday it's goin' live. Before then, Ah need anyone who was interested ta give me a day and time ya want ta get together. Since the school's gone, we'll be doin' stuff in the CES mostly. Hence the sign up sheet. Ah don't want ta hog the amenities any more'n necessary.

Oh mah gawd. How d'ya live with those people?!

Well, it could be worse.

[Anna is sitting in her kitchen, with a half gone beer in front of her. She looks pretty much the same as usual. Except for the shoulder rig that shows off her sleek nine millimeter.]

Archer, did ya turn into someone who'll graduate in the next century? As fun as the Good Ship Hellboat is, Ah'd like ta get back ta actual missions that don't involve me chasing ya down for yer mom.

[Rogue is affected! She's an ISIS agent, here as a warden, because Malory decided this was the best use of department resources. She goes by Anna, because there's little point in using a code name in a place like this right?

She's somewhat irreverent and a little over this whole Barge thing. But she's a good agent so she's sticking it out.]

Back home Ah work at a school. [In between averting Earth shattering disasters and fighting the good fight for equality, which sadly involves actual fighting. But that is not the point of this.] We teach all the basics, but we also cater to a very special group of people, mutants. Folks born with powers that set them apart on the evolutionary charts. A lot of those people don't really know what ta do with the gifts they're born with, or how ta control them.

That was mah area of focus. Ah've been teachin' young mutants how ta get a handle on their gifts for a long while. Ah'm able ta do it a lot more effectively than most, because Ah can share their power for a while, get an idea of what they're livin' with, and how it works. How it's supposed ta work.

And Ah know we've got some folks here that have powers like that. Gifts they don't quite know how ta work completely. Ah'd like ta offer mah help. Ah know we've got a little school here for further education, so Ah'm wonderin' if Ah might take up a teachin' spot for this sort of thing.

It'd be a one on one learnin' basis. Anyone interested, we could work out days and times for lessons.

Anyway, it's an idea.

Hey there, Doc. Ah know you're probably flooded right now, what with all post holiday crazy people have suddenly decided t'indulge in, but Ah was wonderin' if Ah might bend yer ear on somethin'.

Archer's got a real bad case of tinnitus. Boy's been shot so many times it's a small wonder he's still around. But Ah was wonderin' if there's anythin' ya'll could do ta help him so he could maybe get some sleep without a fan blowin' all night long.

And on another note, Ah was wonderin' if we could chat a spell 'bout our inmates, and how they sort of inadvertently brought up some painful stuff in a real public way.

[She knocks on his door, because she doesn't want to give him a chance to run from this conversation. She'd given him enough time to cool off and calm down. Now it was time to talk.]

Archer, open up. It's me.

Hey there, sugah. Ya keepin' outta trouble?

[She's at the very end of her frayed rope. It's obvious in her voice. Rogue is at her breaking point.]
