So Archer's birthday is next week, on the 9th, and Ah wanna throw him a party. A surprise party.

Iris what would ya say ta havin' it in the spa? It'd be right up his alley. Y'could break out that disco set ya got for Christmas? [She makes it a request. Please? Pretty please? For Archer?]

Ta folks on the kitchen staff, if ya'll'd be willin' ta help out with food, Ah'd appreciate it. You're invited regardless, except for Creed, for obvious reasons, and Esther, because this is not a party for such a young girl.

Scott, honey, Ah'd love it if ya'd be the DJ.

Ah'm plannin' on bakin' the cake mahself. If any of ya wanna do presents that'd be real nice, but it's not required. Ah just wanna give him a real birthday. He hasn't had many, if any at all. Ah hope ya'll come.

By the way, there's gonna be alcohol because this is a party for Archer, you teenagers behave. Don't make me kick ya out for bein' less smart than ya really are.

What sort of gifts are customary? I realize he would enjoy weaponry but I do not wish to part with any of my own.

There's nothin' really customary when it comes ta presents. Just somethin' ya think he'd enjoy. Doesn't even have ta be big. Some times folks just give birthday cards.

A card can certainly be done. [ Archer should have something else, though. ] Perhaps I'll see if he wishes to spar or learn Peacekeeper hand-to-hand.

How will you get him into the spa?

Honestly? Ah'll probably just ask him if he wants a spa day for his birthday. It's not like he'd say no.

It's good of you to give him a party.

He deserves a real one, for once, where people spend time with him cuz they want ta celebrate with him.
